DESCRIPTION AND USES
JOMAX® Spray Once® Exterior Stain Remover is the simple way to remove tough stains from mold, mildew, moss and algae on exterior surfaces. Simply dilute as instructed, apply and walk away; no scrubbing or rinsing required. The bleach-free and non-acidic formula works with the rain and moisture over time to remove unwanted stains.
Spray Once is safe for porous and non-porous surfaces including siding, roofs, fences, decks, patios, driveways, walkways, brick, patio furniture and more.

PRODUCT APPLICATION
IMPORTANT
Read the entire label prior to application. Shake bottle vigorously before each use. Only apply to dry surfaces. Keep people and pets off treated surfaces until product has dried. Avoid runoff into waterways. Do not mix with any other chemicals.
PREPARATION
Check the weather forecast to ensure there is no rainfall expected for at least 5 hours. For best results, apply on a cool day with minimal wind. Do not apply when the temperature is below 45°F (7°C).
DIRECTIONS
Rinse surrounding plants and grasses with water before and after application. Shake Spray Once concentrate thoroughly. Dilute 1 part concentrate to 4 parts water in a pump-up garden sprayer. See the dilution chart below.

Spray directly onto the dry surface, completely saturating the stains. Walk away; no scrubbing or rinsing required.
RESULTS
In most cases, light stains will disappear within days but results will vary based on the severity of the stains and weather conditions. Severe stains could take several months before surface improvement is visible. A second application may be needed. However, clean-up the following season will be easier. Surfaces that have minimal exposure to the wind, rain and moisture may need light scrubbing or an additional application.
COVERAGE
When diluted as instructed, one gallon of concentrate makes up to 5 gallons of cleaning solution and covers up to 1,500 square feet.
FIRST AID
If you experience difficulty in breathing, leave the area to obtain fresh air. If continued difficulty is experienced, get medical attention immediately. In case of contact, immediately flush eyes or skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention. Remove contaminated clothing and wash it before use. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately.
