DESCRIPTION AND USES
Krud Kutter Heavy Duty Cleaner & Disinfectant is a no-rinse disinfectant cleaner that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes in one labor saving step. This product can be used on hard, non-porous surfaces such as vinyl, plastic, glazed ceramic, glazed porcelain, chrome, stainless steel and countertops.
DISINFECTION PERFORMANCE: This product kills the following bacteria in 10 minutes in the presence of 5% soil on hard, non-porous surfaces: Salmonella enterica and Staphylococcus aureus. VIRUCIDAL* PERFORMANCE: This product kills the following viruses in 10 minutes in the presence of 5% soil on hard, non-porous surfaces: Herpes Simplex Type 1 Virus, Herpes Simplex Type 2 Virus.
FUNGICIDAL PERFORMANCE: This product kills the following fungi in 10 minutes in the presence of 5% soil on hard, non-porous surfaces: Candida albicans, Trichophyton interdigitale.
MILDEWSTATIC PERFORMANCE: This product kills the following fungi in 10 minutes in the presence of 5% soil on hard, non-porous surfaces: Aspergillis niger.
COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) is caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Krud Kutter Heavy Duty Cleaner & Disinfectant kills similar viruses and therefore can be used against SARS-CoV-2 when used in accordance with the directions for use against Coronavirus on hard, non-porous surfaces. PRODUCT APPLICATION
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
DISINFECTION/FUNGICIDAL/VIRUCIDAL* PERFORMANCE
Pre-clean soiled areas. Apply this product full strength to walls, floors and other hard, non-porous surfaces such as tables, chairs, countertops, sinks, glazed tile and glazed If a mechanical device is used, the spray mist must be coarse. Spray 6-8 inches from the surface. Do not breathe the spray mist. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes and then let air dry or wipe up excess liquid. Rinse food contact surfaces with potable water after use. Rinsing is not necessary unless floors are to be coated with finish or restorer. Replace solution if it becomes soiled.
KITCHEN/BATHROOM/HOUSEHOLD CLEANING
Apply this product full strength with a brush, cloth, sponge or directly on surface with a mechanical spray device. If a mechanical spray is used the spray mist must be coarse. Hold container 6 to 8 inches from surface and spray until thoroughly wet. Do not breathe spray. Do not use on paint or acrylic plastics. Wipe the soiled area clean. This product is not to be used on dishware, glasses or eating utensils.
DISINFECT/DEODORIZE HOUSEHOLD SURFACES
To disinfect hard, non-porous surfaces such as floors, walls, counters, sinks, tubs, toilets, glazed tile and exterior surfaces of appliances; apply as is with cloth, sponge or mechanical spray device. If a mechanical spray is used, spray must be coarse. Hold container 6 inches to 8 inches from the surface and spray until thoroughly wet. Do not breathe spray. Treated surface must remain wet for 10 minutes before wiping. For heavily soiled areas a pre-cleaning step is required. The preclean step must be done according to the instructions under Kitchen/Bathroom/ Household Cleaning. Rinse with potable water after use on surfaces that come in contact with food.
MOLD AND MILDEW CONTROL DIRECTIONS
This product will effectively inhibit the growth of mold and mildew and their odors on hard, non-porous surfaces. To control the growth of mold and mildew and their odors on hard, non-porous surfaces, apply this product full strength. Thoroughly wet all treated surfaces completely. Allow surface to remain wet for 10 minutes. Let surface air dry. Repeat application weekly or when growth or odor reappears.
PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS
Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals:
CAUTION. Causes moderate eye irritation. Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through skin. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, using tobacco or using the toilet.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: This pesticide is toxic to fish and freshwater aquatic invertebrates.
FIRST AID: In case of emergency, call a poison control or doctor for treatment advice. Have the product container or label with you when calling a poison control center or doctor, or going for treatment.
IF IN EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye.
IF ON SKIN: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes.
IF SWALLOWED: Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage and disposal.
PESTICIDE STORAGE: Store only in original container. Keep this product under locked storage sufficient to make it inaccessible to children or persons unfamiliar with its proper use.
PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: Pesticide wastes are acutely hazardous. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixture or rinsate is a violation of Federal Law. If these wastes cannot be disposed of by use according to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency, or the Hazardous Waste Representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for guidance.
CONTAINER HANDLING: Non-Refillable Container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Triple rinse the container promptly after emptying. Triple rinse as follows: Fill container ¼ full with water and recap. Shake for 10 seconds. Drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Follow Pesticide Disposal instructions for rinsate disposal. Repeat procedure two more times. Then offer for recycling if available or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by incineration.
