Blisters / Bubbles
Blisters or bubbles that form in a coating, typically seen over porous surfaces
POSSIBLE CAUSE
- High moisture content within surface at time of application
- Applying water-based paints too heavily or recoating too quickly
SOLUTION
- Once the coating has fully dried, scrape / sand the affected areas.
- Wipe surface with a damp rag to ensure any sanding residue has been removed
- Give the surface sufficient time to dry / air out before applying another coat
