Concrete & Garage Recoat Primer is designed for use on previously coated or sealed concrete floors (garages, carports, basements, patios, laundry rooms, and other concrete surfaces) without having to sand or grind the surface.
It may be used on bare, etched concrete.
NOTE: Concrete & Garage Recoat Primer is not a replacement for etching a concrete surface. Proper surface prep is critical for product performance.
