READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING PROJECT

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surface must be free of any dust, grease, oil, stains, rust, or any other substances. Clean surface with soap and water, rinse and let dry. Remove loose paint and rust with a wire brush or sandpaper. Lightly sand glossy surfaces.

APPLICATION

Use when temperature is between 36°-90°F (2°-32°C) and humidity is below 85% to ensure proper drying. Do not apply to surfaces that exceed 200°F (93C°).

Shake or stir well and apply using a synthetic brush or roller.

NOTE: Thinning is not recommended.

DRY AND RECOAT TIMES

Based on 77°F (25°C) 50% relative humidity. Dries to the touch in 30 minutes. May be lightly sanded and/or top coated after 1 hour. For two part epoxies, wait 6 hours before top coating. Allow more time to dry at cooler temperature and higher humidity. Optimal benefits of Universal Bonding Primer are achieved when top coated within 7 days when it has reached full hardness and scrape resistance.
