DESCRIPTION AND USES
Rust-Oleum® Fast-Patch is a two-component epoxy putty that is designed to fill minor cracks, spalls, and low spots as well as vertical cracks and slab damage. It does not have to reach full cure to be profiled prior to coating. This makes it ideal for new installers filling hairline cracks, pits and small surface flaws. Fast Patch is the quickest, easiest way to make repairs without the use of any extra equipment.

PRODUCT APPLICATION
SURFACE PREPARATION
Prepare the surface by removing any dust, debris, paint, dirt, oil, loose concrete, including curing compounds or any other contaminants that may come in contact with the product. Make sure that the surface is dry before installation.
MIXING
To mix, break a standard paint stick in half and use each half to scoop equal amounts of part A and part B onto a piece of scrap cardboard or similar platform. Combine by mixing with a putty knife until uniform in color.
APPLICATION
Fast Patch is suitable for application at temperatures between 50° (10 °C) and 100 °F (38 °C). Use a small putty knife, plastic squeegee or similar tool to fill in cracks, holes, pits, etc. and remove the excess material. Most coatings can be applied directly over the uncured Fast patch, provided repairs are shallow and narrow. For large repairs (greater than ½” in depth and width), allow the Fast Patch to cure fully and then sand with 80 grit sandpaper to profile (de-gloss) before applying coatings.
DRY TIME
Dry time is based on 70 °F and 50% relative humidity. The surface will be fully cured in 8-12 hours and suitable for both foot and vehicle traffic in that time.
CLEAN-UP
Clean application tools with xylene.
STORAGE
Keep away from extreme heat, cold and moisture. Maintain a proper storage temperature of 50-90 °F (10-32 °C). Keep out of direct sunlight and away from fire hazards.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND ANIMALS.
